Ordering and payment methods

For online transactions, Stripe payments (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are welcome. You can also order by phone at 1-888-889-KART (5278 OR 819-377-5566).

Terms and conditions of sale

All our prices are in US FUNDS (USD $) for USA customers and Canadian dollars for Canadian customers (CDN $) and do not include shipping costs. Custom fees and brokage fees will be paid by PSL Karting if applicable for all order made from North America.

For every order coming from Canada our prices will be in Canadian FUNDS (CDN $)


Shipping costs and delivery times: Shipping costs and delivery times are given according to the destination and method of transport selected.

Free shipping with purchase of $200 or more on stock items. North american orders only. May not apply on chassis, engines, seats ans some other products.

USA & Canada parts orders 24/48 hours, Chassis and Karts orders: express shipping 24/48 hours or freight delivery 4 to 7 days , Worldwide parts shipping : 1 to 3 days.

Delivery date not met: If for any reason we cannot deliver the products on time, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order.

Returns and exchanges

We will replace or issue a refund for any goods damaged during delivery, without any additional cost to the customer.

Payment security

When you place an order with the PayPal payment system, your transaction is directed to a secured Internet payment terminal. This connection uses the latest generation SST encryption protocol. The PayPal securing and prevention tools are among the best on the market.

All transaction data is encrypted for transfer from your computer to the PayPal server, the only server able to decrypt the information. PayPal then transmits the order information, without the credit card details, to the merchant.

You may file a complaint by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail. We will deal with any complaints within five business days of their receipt, at no charge to the buyer.

Personal data collection and use

All personal information collected will only be used to process your order and handle your complaint, if possible. Only the following information will be collected during the order process:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

Rest assured that all personal information collected will be kept private. It will only be used to:

  • Confirm your order by e-mail
  • Send a payment receipt if you have ordered with a credit card
  • Ensure speedy and accurate delivery of your order
  • For customer service follow-up, as explained below.

Customer agreement

No information will be collected without your agreement. Please note that by filling your order form or filing a complaint, you are automatically giving your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Raphael St-Charles at the address previously provided.

Your personal information will never be shared or communicated to third parties.

Accessing of information

You can access and modify your personal information at any time on our website by logging in to your client account.


To file a complaint on the use of your personal data, please contact Raphael St-Charles. Your complaint will be analyzed and handled within five business days of its receipt. We will then inform you of our decision. The complaint handling process is free of charge.

Policy changes

We will advise you of any changes we may need to make to our Privacy Policy. The latest modification date will be displayed at the bottom of each page of the revised Privacy Policy. In such case, the website will be updated immediately. The Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the order, however, always takes precedence.
