Made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, our individually CNC'ed sprockets are accurate to within 0.01mm and have optimized tooth precision to produce minimal friction between the sprocket and chain. This equates to less drive train loss and improved performance. We are able to accomplish this due to our state-of-the-art CNC Machines and countless hours of testing to form the perfect pitch. Under close inspection, you will notice that the chain perfectly sits into the valley of the tooth. This reduces friction and better distributes the load of the chain when it arrives in the tooth.
