DOUBLE DUTY FOR PSL KARTING ACROSS CANADA

It was a packed weekend of racing for PSL Karting, as the team split efforts between two key events: Round 3 of the Coupe de Montreal at Saint-Célestin Performance Karting and the Cup Karts Canada Division round at Brechin Motorsport Park.

Dominance at Saint-Célestin

At the Coupe de Montreal, PSL Karting showcased top-tier form. Dominic Legrand delivered a standout performance, topping both KZ Master and Rotax Master qualifying sessions before going on to win both finals. Michel Legrand also joined him on the Rotax Master podium in P3.

In KZ, the team swept the top two positions in the Final with Charles Gauthier and Lucas Deslongchamps securing P1 and P2 respectively, while Frank Vasallo rounded out the KZ Master podium in P3.

More strong results followed:

LO206 Senior: P1 Mickael Aubin, P3 Vincent Goulet, LO206 Junior: P1 Kristopher Goulet, LO206 Cadet: P6 Jackson Colligan, Max Senior: P3 Leopold Schrevel, P5 Timothe Pernod, Max Junior: P2 Jeremy St-Cyr, Mini MAX: P4 Jayden Colligan, DD2 Master: P11 Jose Serli

Solid efforts at Brechin

Meanwhile in Ontario, PSL drivers took on the Cup Karts Canada Division at Brechin. In LO206 Junior, Adam Saldanha led the charge with a P3 in Round 1 and P6 in Round 2, while teammates Justin Michaud, Cameron Conrathe, Richard Malex and Jack Simpson consistently placed in the top 15 across both rounds.

Simon Pepin showed consistency in LO206 Master, finishing P6 in both rounds. In Cadet, Bentley Watson bounced back with a P14 in Round 2 after a DNS in the opener.

Team Principal Kevin King about the double-header: "Running a double program in the same weekend is always a logistical and strategic challenge, but our staff and drivers handled it incredibly well. We were competitive in both locations and across multiple categories, which speaks volumes about the strength and commitment of the whole team. This is the kind of performance that keeps building momentum."

PSL Karting will return for Round 4 of the Coupe de Montreal and the upcoming Cup Karts Canada Series events later this summer.
