Another winning weekend for Birel ART North America & PSL Karting, who showed great speed and took home several trophies at the SKUSA WinterNats.

It all started with a solid qualifying, where both the TAG and Shifter drivers got positive results: Morgatto secured Pole Position overall in Shifter, while Urwin (Shifter) and Ramos (X30 Senior) granted themselves a good starting position with P3 in their Groups.

As the action in AM classes unfolded with a double header - with good results for the PSL Drivers in Mini, Micro and KA categories - the PRO classes became "spicy" with Prefinals: as Ramos kept his solid pace and closed his Saturday with P3. Some controversial action made the weekend odd for Morgatto, as he loses ground in Prefinal (due to Penalties) and had to start Sunday's Final from the midfield. Urwin kept his solid pace up front.

The hype was all around the Shifter Final, which didn't disappoint: with a storming drive Morgatto closed the gap right before the last two laps, from there on it was a big fight to the flag that saw the brazilian on top, and winning the first round of SKUSA Pro Tour, keeping his Winning Streak in the US up and running. 

Urwin's support to grab the win was huge, and Jay managed to cross the line 3rd with a very well deserved podium. Ramos finished the weekend with P3 also in the final, once again showing his consistency with another very strong weekend.

Kevin King, Team Principal: "We are pleased with the track results achieved by our drivers. Matheus continues to prove himself as the one to beat in his category, securing another victory. Ramos and Urwin also provided strong performances, with the team showing overall growth."

The team will return on track this weekend at Orlando for the round 3 of the Rok Cup USA.
