Making waves in North American karting, BirelART North America has inked a deal to sign Hunter Pickett for the remainder of the 2022 season. Beginning at the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) SpringNationals at the Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), Pickett will pilot a BirelART chassis as he chases race wins and podiums in the gearbox divisions. 

"We are excited to have Hunter as part of the BirelART North America and racing with the PSL Karting program," explained Kevin King. "He has proven to be a contender for race wins and podium results for quite some time, and we can only hope that we help add to his long list of accomplishments moving forward."

A winner in multiple programs in the past, including SKUSA competition, Pickett is anxious and excited at his opportunity to join the Red Army.

"I can't thank Dominic, Stephan and everyone at PSL Karting and BirelART enough for the opportunity," expressed Hunter Pickett. "The program that I am entering has been one of the top in the country for quite some time and has produced a number of different champions. I am looking forward to new opportunities. On the other side, I need to send an extra big thanks to Gary Carlton and GFC Karting for the help and support they have provided me over the past couple of seasons."
