Podium for PSL and NEVOSO Kart at the Road America STARS.

In ICC, Jan Velez Walter finished in an excellent second position at the ROAD AMERICA final on SUNDAY.

At the beginning of the race, VELEZ took the lead after overpassing ALEX SPEED, giving him an advance on all the others racers.

Unfortunately, after a few turns VELEZ's radiator support broke, causing overheating, thus reducing the power of his engine. VELEZ finished in second position after WIEGAND overpassed him with only two laps to go.

Kevin Lacroix was very fast throughout the entire week-end.  Unlucky, he lost the championship of the STARS eastern series. 

LACROIX obtained the fastest time in Saturday's final allowing him to start in first position for the final race.  However, his race came to an end during the first turn when his engine swalloded something and jammed instantly.

KEVIN wasn't luckier on Sunday because he was climbed upon by KYLE WEIGAND damaging the engine's sparkplug.  This obliged him to abandon Sunday's prefinal. 

During the final, starting in thirty-fifth position, KEVIN was able to move up to the middle of the group.  Unfortunately, he bumped into another car pushing him back behind the group.  He finished his race in twenthieth position with the second best time only nine hundreds of a second behind WiEGAND, the winner of this final.



TERRICK MANSUR  also had a very good week-end finishing honorably in fourth position in Sunday's final.



In JICA category, it's a podium CRG 1 , 2 ,3.

THOMAS HARTENSVELD,  Nevoso Kart PSL pilot's,  dominated the whole day. 

 He also won the STAR's championship eastern series. 

 



ANTONY LIOPIZ  finished in an excellent second position in Sunday's final.

 

NICOLAS SILVA , qualified himself in pole position on Sunday.  Eventhough he started the final race in last position, he was able to work his way up to a third place podium. 



 In the cadet category,  Nevoso Kart PSL's pilot , SERGIO PEGNA, dominated all the week-end winning the championship with honors.

 

Next " rendez- vous " for the Stars team PSL CRG NEVOSO KART , final  at Disney  World in Orlando, Florida September 25 and 26.
