Team PSL / Maxjet finish in a good second position at the $25 000.00 TAG SPECTACULAR in Gainsville Florida

2005 February 8th

The PSL/Maxjet team formed by Luc Sauriol and Scott Campbell had their first experience in the USA participating at the famous endurance race of three hours in TAG ( touch and go ) at Gainsville, Florida.

In spite of Rotax engine disadvantage in the TAG class ( because some engines turn over 17000 rpm in this class, so they are faster in straight line ). Sauriol and Campbell were close to win Saturday but were victim of a defective tire.  They did some repairs losing more than 25 minutes.  They finished 6 on 17 teams.  But Sunday they finished second.
